矿产采选业与第二产业有着很强的技术经济联系。贵州矿产资源丰富,发展矿产采选业是培养特色地区经济、促进地区工业化及经济快速增长的重要途径。但贵州矿产采选业未得到充分发展,尚未成为贵州经济发展的关键产业。矿产采选业发展应实现由粗放型向集约型转变,有效培养"经营与利用"思想,转变资源利用方式,创新资源开发模式。

It is of great significance to develop its mineral selecting industry to foster a characteristic regional economy and achieve a rapid growth in its industrialization and regional economy. But Guizhou mineral selecting industry is not fully developed and it is not the key industry in its economic decelopment. To promote the economic development.,it is urgent necessary to have a conversion from extensive to intensive production, to cultivate effectively an idea of management and utility, to change the way of resource utility and innovate the mode of resource development.
