Research on Enterprises' Dynamic Evolution and Innovation of the Competitive Advantage

已形成的竞争优势并非一成不变,而是处于动态的演进过程中。文章对竞争优势的动态演进路径进行了系统研究,并探讨了转型期企业的应对策略。主要结论是:在产业转型、超级和动态竞争以及越来越不确定的动态环境下,由于竞争空间变化、竞争模仿、创新替代及路径依赖等多方面原因,单项竞争优势难以持续。处于转型期的我国本土企业必须采取以"创新突破"为主的应对策略,以实现竞争优势的动态更新。

The competitive advantage evolves through time. This paper makes an systematic analysis on the dynamic evolution of competitive advantages, and probes the countermeasures for it. The results are： in today＇s industry transformation, hypercompetitive and increasingly uncertain environment, competitive advantage cannot be sustainable because the enlargement of competitive space, imitation, substitution and path dependence. The local enterprises in China should take innovation as the strategy to realize the dynamic evolution of their competitive advantage.
