摘要
对功能性食品的特点、我国功能性食品安全的主要问题进行了综述。对解决我国功能性食品安全问题提出了对策。
The characters of functional tood satety and the main existing problems ot tunctional food safety in china were summarized in this paper. Some countermeasures on solving the problems of functional food safety were finally put forward.
