细胞毒药物配置室内不同时段及不同区域的空气污染监测

Monitoring the Concentration of the Cytotoxic Drugs in Pharmacy Room in Various Work Periods and Areas

摘要 目的监测细胞毒药物配置室中不同工作时段及不同区域的空气逸散的药物的浓度。方法以氟脲嘧啶注射液作为样本,在工作不同时段及配置室的不同区域以盐酸溶液为吸收液采集空气样本,用紫外分光光度法进行定性定量分析。结果所采集的样本均能检测出不同浓度的氟脲嘧啶,包括药物配置室工作时[(18.8168±10.0275)mg·m-3],工作完成后1h[(0.2103±0.0769)mg·m-3],2h后[(0.1880±0.0638)mg·m-3],传递窗附近[(0.0184±0.0061)mg·m-3]及包装区[(0.0174±0.0039)mg·m-3]。结论本实验用紫外分光光度法对药物配置室内采集的空气样本进行定性定量分析的方法,能直接反映氟脲嘧啶在工作不同时段及配置室的不同区域的逸散程度。 OBJECTIVES Monitoring the concentration of the cytotoxic drugs in drug configured room in various work periods and areas. METHODS Fluorouracil injection was used as a model compound. The air samples were absorbed by hydrochloric acid solution and collected in various work periods and areas. And the ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV) was used for sample analyze. RESULTS Trace amount of fluorouracil were detected in different gas samples. Based on our studies, the concentration of fluorouracil during working, one hour after work and two hour after work was (18.816 8±10.027 5)mg·m^-3, (0.210 3± 0.076 9)mg·m^-3 and (0.188 0±0.063 8)mg·m^-3; and the amounts of fluorouracil in delivery window and packing zone was (0.0184±0.0061)mg·m^-3 and (0.007 4±0.003 9)mg·m^-3. CONCLUSION The ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV) was used for sample analyze to reflect the levels of fluorouracil concentration in various work periods and areas.
