腔镜下聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳后硬结并发症的处理

Treatment of sclerosis after polyacrylamide hydrogel mammoplasty under endoscopy

目的探讨处理聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症的手术方法。方法分析56例行聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术者术后出现的硬结并发症,采取腔镜下手术取出术。结果经过腔镜下反复抽吸冲洗后水凝胶硬结消失,乳房表面无明显瘢痕,治疗效果满意。结论腔镜下手术取出术是处理聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后硬结并发症的一种切实有效的可行方法。

[ Objective] To evaluate the best therapy for the complications （sclerosis）of mammoplasty following the injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel. [Method] In 56 cases, the sclerosis after mammoplasty by injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel was analyzed and extracted through endoscopy. [ Results ] The sclerosis of hydrogel disappeared after repeated rinse under endoscope without obvious scars over the breasts. The effectiveness of the treatment was satisfactory. [ Conclusion] Extraction through endoscope is an effective treatment available for the sclerosis after injecting the polyacrylamide hydrogel for mammoplasty.
