经尿道前列腺汽化电切术306例经验总结

Transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate in 306 cases

目的总结和探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果和并发症处理。方法对306例前列腺增生症患者行汽化电切术治疗的临床资料进行回顾和分析。结果303例患者手术均成功,并发症发生率3.5%,手术成功率97.6%。术后随访3个月～2年,残余尿量及国际前列腺症状评分标准等各项指标与术前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论经尿道汽化电切治疗前列腺增生症具有创伤小、手术出血少、术后恢复快等优点。选择型号适宜的电切镜、熟练的操作技术、控制电切时间、预防并发症是手术成功的关键。

[ Objective ] To explore the clinical effectiveness of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate （TUVP） for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and management of complications. [ Methods ] The clinical data of 306 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia who had TUVP were reviewed and analysed. [Results] TUVP was successful in 303 cases with the success rate of 97.6 %, the incidence of complications was 3.5 %, The patients were followed up for 3 months - 2 years, the pre-operative residual urine volume and IPSS standard indieatoxu were signitieantly different from post-operative ones （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Transurethral eiectrovaporization treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia has the advantages of minimal trauma, little blood loss and rapid postoperative recovery. Selection of appropriate models of eleetrovaporization, skilled technique, control of the vaporization time and prevention of complications are the key to success of TUVP.
