摘要
目的:检测β-TCP/rhBMP-2复合物的异位诱导成骨能力.方法:自制β-TCP与rhBMP-2复合后植入小鼠股后肌袋,单纯β-TCP植入对侧作对照.术后1,2和4wk分别取材作扫描电镜和光镜观察、结果:实验组有大量新生软骨和骨形成,随着时间的推移,生成量逐渐增多,对照组无软骨和骨生成,但有大量纤维组织长入β-TCP内部.
Aim: TO examine the osteoinduetive potentials ofβ-TCP/rhBMP-2 composite. Methods: The β-TCP/rhBMP-2 composite, obtained by combining β-Tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP ) that was developed bp the authors xith recombi-nant human morphogentic protein-2 (rhBMP-2 ), was im-planted into the muscle pouches in thigh of mice xhile β-TCP alone was implanted on the opposite site as controls.At intervals of 1, 2 and 4 weeks after the implantationscanning electron mictoseope examination and histologicalstudy were performed. Results: A large amount of newcartilage and bone formation were observed within the com-posite, inereasing with time, whereas no cartilage and boneformation other than fibrous tissues were seen in β-TCP-im-planted sites. Conclusion: β-TCP/rhBMP-2 composite pos-sesses osteoinductive potentials.
