TGFβ1对胃腺癌细胞SGC-7901Bcl-2表达的影响

Effect of TGFβ_1, on expression of Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma cells

目的：研究转化生长因子β1（transforminggrowthfactorβ1，TGFβ1）对胃癌细胞Bcl-2表达的影响．方法：TGFβ1作用于人胃癌细胞SGC－7901，48h后收集细胞爬片．用抗Bcl－2mAb和免疫组织化学SABC法及图像分析技术分析Bcl－2．结果：TGFβ1作用的胃腺癌细胞Bcl－2表达量A值122．624±0．385，较对照组细胞108．925±0．094下降显著（P＜0．05）．结论：TGFβ1对胃癌细胞的凋亡诱导作用可能与其影响Bcl－2表达有关．

Aim: To investigate the effect of TGFβ1, on ex-pression of Bcl--2 in gastric carcinoma cell. Methods: Gas-tric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901 were co-cultured withTGFβ1. After 48 hours, the climbing glasses of cells werecollected, and studied with the monoclonal antibody againstBcl-2, by using immunohistochemical SABC method andimaging analysis. Results: The expression of Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma cells co-cultured with TGFβ1, (A: 122. 624 ±0. 385 ) was decreased comparing with the controls (A:108. 925 ± 0. 094 ), with significallt difference (P< 0. 05 ).Conclusion: Inhibition of TGFβ1, on the growth of gastriccarcinoma may be through changing the expression of Bcl-2.
