nm23低表达和P^(53)过表达与卵巢上皮癌浸润与转移的关系

Correlationship between nm23 low-expression, P^(53)overexpression and invasion, metastasis of human ovarian epithelial tumors

目的：探讨P53蛋白和nm23蛋白表达产物二磷酸核苷酸（NDPK）的表达及与肿瘤浸润转移的临床意义．方法：应用免疫组织化学染色方法，对5例卵巢良性上皮肿瘤，5例交界性上皮肿瘤，24例卵巢上皮癌组织的P53和nm23进行检测．结果：P53和nm23在良性，交界性，卵巢癌Ⅲ期，卵巢癌Ⅳ组中表达率分别为0，0，45％和46％，40％，41％，54％和23％，在卵巢上皮癌Ⅲ期中，nm23在没有淋巴结转移组中表达83％（5／6），淋巴结转移组中表达20％（1／5）差异显著（P〈0。01），而P53在没有淋巴结转移组中表达50％3／6），与有淋巴结转移40％（2／5）无显著差异．结论：提示P53过表达在卵巢上皮癌的浸润和增殖中起重要作用，与淋巴转移没有明显关系．nm23低表达在卵巢上皮癌转移中起了至关重要的作用，而与癌组织表面种植及局部扩散关系不显著．

Aim: To investigate the relationship between P53protein and nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDPK ), theproduct ofmetastasis suppressor gene nm23, and invasionand metastasis of ovarianepithelial tumors. Methods: Theexpression of NDPK and P53 protein inhuman ovarian samples of 5 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor, 5cases ofbordline epithelial ovarian tumor and 24 cases of invasiveepithelial ovarian tumor were examined with immllnohistochemicalstaining method. Results: The positive stainingrates of P53 and nm23 were 0%, 0%, 45%, 46% and 40%,40%, 54%, 23% in the benign, borderline, invasiveep-ithelial ovarian tumor stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ respectively.In the ovarian epithelial tumor stage Ⅲ,higher incidence ofnm23 positive stainingwas found in the group without lymphnode metastasis (5/6, 83% ) otherthan in that with lymphnode involvement (1/5, 20%; P < 0. 01 ); P53 expressionshowed no obvious differience in the two groups (3/6,50%; 2/5, 40%;P>0. 05). Conclusion: It is suggested thatP53 overexpression mightplay significant role in invasion andproliferation of hte ovarianepithelial tumors and be not correlated with lymph mode metastasis. nm23 low-expressionmight play signlfcant role in lymph nodemetastasis, and benot obviously correlated with surface implantatlonand localdiffusion of tumor.
