摘要
通过试验和数值分析研究吹制PET瓶受轴向压缩载荷时的屈曲变形行为。基于ABAQUS有限元方法进行显式非线性动态分析,计算PET瓶轴压下的屈曲载荷,并分析其应力分布。用数值计算结果与实验结果进行对比分析,发现PET瓶屈曲载荷的数值解和实验结果基本吻合,为新型瓶的优化设计和屈曲载荷测试提供了一种便捷有效的解决方法。
Buckling deformation behavior of PET bottle under by axial compression load was studied with experiment and numerical analysis. An explicit nonlinear analysis was implemented to calculate buckling load and stress distribution, based on ABAQUS finite element software. The numerical computation results were compared with experimental results, h was found that the numerically calculated buckling load were in agreement with the experimentally measured ones.
