柔版印刷Kubelka-Munk双常数配色的理论与实践

摘要 介绍了Kubelka-Munk理论及其K,S值的求解过程,并采用10个专色油墨进行配色实验验证。实验使用BOPP作为标样的承印物,此方法简化了标样K,S值的求解过程。通过验证,得出双常数配色可以基本满足精美印刷品专色配色要求。 The Kubelka-Munk theory and the solution process of K and S. value based on Kubelka Munk theory with two constants were introduced. Ten spot-color inks were used for color matching verifi cation experiment on BOPP substrates. This method simplified the solution process of K and S of samples. It is concluded that the Kubelka-Munk theory with two constants could satisfy the requirement of spot-color matching.
