摘要
以价值链理论为基础,首先对包装企业的核心竞争力进行识别,然后从明确企业核心业务、整合企业价值链、实施包装整体解决方案、创新企业价值链等方面探讨了培育包装企业核心竞争力的途径。最后通过瓦楞纸包装企业的价值链整合与创新案例,进一步论证了本文的结论。
Packaging enterprises' core competence was recognized based on the theory of value chain. The way of cultivating packaging enterprisers core competitiveness was discussed from clearing enterpri ses' core business, integrating enterprises' value chain, implementing whole packaging solution plan, and innovating enterprise value chain. The conclusion was further proved with the case of corrugated paper packaging enterprises' value chain integration and innovation.
