摘要
目的:研究补肾化瘀浸膏对实验性去势骨质疏松症大鼠血清相关骨代谢指标的影响及其作用机制。方法:选用健康三月龄SPF级雌性SD大鼠48只,称重后随机分为空白组、模型组,尼尔雌醇阳性对照组,补肾化瘀浸膏大、中、小剂量组,观察补肾化瘀浸膏对实验骨质疏松症大鼠治疗作用。结果:补肾化瘀浸膏各剂量组可显著提高去势大鼠血清E_2水平,降低血清ALP、IL-6水平。结论:补肾化瘀浸膏对去势引起的高转换型骨质疏松大鼠有较好的治疗作用,具有较高的临床应用和开发价值。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of the Bushcnhuayu extract on the serum level of bone metabolism indexes and explore its machanism in ovaries-castrated rats. Method ： Forty-eight healthy SPF female SD rats in the age of three-month were divided into blank group, model group and positive control group; and high, middle and low dosage of Bushenhuayu extract, respectively. The effect on osteoporosis was observed. Result： All the dosage of Bushenhuayu extract can raised the E2 level of serum in ovariescastrated rats , lowed the ALP and IL-6 level. Conclusion： the Bushenhuayu extract has a optimise therapeutic effect on the osteoporoscs in rats, which can play a potential role in clinic use.
