摘要
目的:观察复方决明子胶囊对高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠72只,12只作为空白对照组,喂饲普通饲料,其余均喂饲高脂饲料。10d后将喂饲高脂饲料大鼠禁食12h,眶后取血测总胆固醇(TC),根据TC值将喂饲高脂饲料大鼠随机分为5组:模型对照组、阳性药物组(1mg·kg^(-1))、复方决明子胶囊低剂量组(0.40g·kg^(-1))、中剂量组(0.80g·kg^(-1))、高剂量组(1.60g·kg^(-1)),各给药组均按10ml·kg^(-1)体积灌胃给予相应药物,4周后,取血测谷氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、TC、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C),同时取肝脏做切片、HE染色。结果:复方决明子胶囊高、中剂量组与模型对照组比较,CHO和LDL-C明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C明显升高(P<0.05)。病理结果显示,复方决明子胶囊能够明显减轻肝脏的脂肪变性。结论:复方决明子胶囊对大鼠高脂血症有明显的防治作用,并能够阻止高脂血症大鼠的肝脏脂肪变性。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound Cassia Seed capsule on hyperlipemia rats. Method: Seventy-two Wistar rats were grouped randomly. Among them, 12 were in control group, fed with conventional forage, while others were fed with high fatty forage. Mter ten days, rats fed with high fatty forage were fasted for 12h before their serum was collected through fossa orbitalis. Cholesterol total(CHO) was detected. According to the value of CHO, rats fed with high fatty forage were then grouped to five groups. They were model control group, positive drug control group( 1mg·kg^-1), small dosage of tested drug group(0.40g·kg^-1, 7 times of human dosage), middle dosage of tested drug group(0.80g·kg^-1 , 14 times of human dosage), high dosage of tested drug group( 1.60g·kg^-1, 28 times of human dosage) respectively. After 4 weeks, the serum of each group were collected and detected for the value of CHO, TG, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C), highdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C). Pathological section of liver was prepared at the same time. Result: There was statistical significance between model control group and middle dosage or high dosage of compound Cassia Seed capsule group(P 〈 0.05). HDL-C in Middle dosage or high dosage of compound Cassia Seed capsule group increased significandy when compared with model control group. Furthermore, fatty degeneration was eased by compound Cassia Seed capsule according to the pathological result. Conclusion: Compound Cassia Seed capsule had good precautionary and therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia(hypercholesterolemia) rats, which can prevent fatty degeneration among rats.
