高效液相色谱法测定前列回春浓缩丸中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Qianlie Huichun Concentrated Pills by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定前列回春浓缩丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相,流速为1ml·min^(-1),检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷进样量在0.26～2.58μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.22%(RSD=1.49%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于前列回春浓缩丸的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method of determination the content of icariin in Qianlie huichun concentrated pills by HPLC. Method： Hypersil ODS2 C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5um） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （25：75） , the flow rate was 1ml· min^-1, and the detective wavelength was 270nm. Result： The linearity was good when the Icariin range from 0.26 - 2.58ug （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recoveriy of Icariin was 98.22% （RSD = 1.49 %, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to Quality control of the qianlie huichun concentrated pills.
