Bi_2O_3-MgO掺杂对Z型六方铁氧体电磁性能的影响

摘要 采用固相反应法,制备了Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O4Z型六方铁氧体。研究了Bi2O3-MgO复合掺杂对低温烧结Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O4Z型六方铁氧体的显微结构和电磁性能的影响。结果表明:在固定w(Bi2O3)为3.0%的基础上,当掺入的w(MgO)为0.6%时,此Z型六方铁氧体可在900℃下低温烧结,高频电磁性能得到了显著的提高,材料在300MHz时的磁品质因数Q值从7.1提高到14.5,εr和tanδ分别从16.0和0.04100降低到10.8和0.00355,有望成为高频片式电感用材料。 Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O4 Z-type hexaferrites were prepared by a solid-state reaction method. Effects of Bi2O3-MgO co-doping on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of low temperature sinted Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O4 Z-type hexaferrite materials were investigated. It is found that the high-frequency electromagnetic properties of Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O4 Z-type hexaferrite materials are increased remarkably by Bi2Oa-MgO co-doping, on the basis of Bi2O3 doping in a fixed amount of 3.0% (mass fraction), with the addition of MgO reaches 0.6% (mass fraction), the magnetic quality factor Q value increases from 7.1 to 14.5, the εr and tanδ decrease from 16.0 and 0.041 00 to 10.8 and 0.003 55 at 300 MHz. Electromagnetic properties of the Z-type hexaferrites satisfy the requirements of producing MLCI.
