摘要
通过对苯酐切换冷凝器导热油管路及其主工艺管道的技术改造,并进一步优化其工艺控制参数,合理分配一个循环周期的进料、热熔、再冷却时间,达到提高气态粗苯酐捕集率,提高设备利用率并降低其能耗的目的。
Through improvement for heat-transfer oil pipes and processing pipes of the switch condenser, and improve the process control, better distribute the feeding materials time, unfreezing time, re-cooling time of one cycling, by which to increase crude PA collection rate, rise the effective of equipment, reduce energy consumption.
