摘要 根据驰宏公司采场膏体充填实际,为防止挡墙破坏和跑浆,对挡墙进行力学分析,提出工艺改造方案。在充填料浆高于和低于挡墙两种情况下,分析了膏体泵入采场后不同阶段的力学性能,证明液相状态下对挡墙的作用最大,为防止倒墙,提出最大弯矩作用点和加强支护的定位方案。 According to actual situation of stope paste filling in Yunnan Chihong Zinc & Germanium Co. , Ltd, in order to prevent damage of a retaining wall and slurry leakage, mechanical analysis was carried out on the retaining wall, and technology transformation program was proposed. Under both cases that the filling slurry was higher and lower than the wall, the mechanical properties at different stages were analyzed after paste slurry was pumped into the stope. The practice proved that the slurry under liquid phase state had a great impact on the wall. Mechanical analysis of effects of the slurry at different heights on the wall was conducted. The action point of the maximum bending moment and the positioning plans to strengthen support were advanced to prevent the wall from falling.
