难选中矿弱磁-强磁-重选联合回收铁的试验研究

摘要 在对某矿难选中矿进行矿物学分析的基础上,采用弱磁-强磁-重选联合工艺流程进行再选,试验得到最终铁品位为62.22%的铁精矿,精矿产率达36.52%,回收率达55.67%。 On the basis of mineralogical analysis of the refractory middling of iron ore, recleaning was conducted by the combined process of low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation. The test achieved an iron concentrate with final grade of 62.22v/~, a yield of 36.52v/v and a recovery of 55.67%. The test indexes were favorable, which offered a feasible plan for recleaning of refractory middling of iron ore.
