目的用HPLC法测定桂利嗪滴丸中桂利嗪的含量。方法以C18为固定相,甲醇-0.2%三乙醇胺(用盐酸调至pH6.6)(80:20)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm。结果平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.4%。结论本法重现性好,结果准确可靠。

Objective The purpose of using HPLC Determination of Cinnarizine Cinnarizine pills content. Methods Ways to C18 as the stationary phase, methanol -0.2% Triethanolamine （to use hydrochloric acid to pH6.6） （80：20） as mobile phase, detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result The average recovery was 100.3%, RSD was 0.4%. Conclusion The method is reproducible, accurate and reliable results.
