目的探讨头孢曲松所致过敏反应的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索2002～2009年6月国内医药学期刊报道的有关头孢曲松所致过敏反应案例,进行统计、分析。结果头孢曲松所致过敏反应与性别、年龄无关;过敏性休克的发生率最高,占47.76%,多发生在用药30min内;皮试阴性者也可能发生过敏反应。结论临床应用头孢曲松时应做过敏性皮试,严格掌握剂量,减少过敏反应的发生。

Objective To discuss the characteristics of the allergic reactions from Ceforiaxone so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic. Methods Allergic reactions to Ceforiaxone in 58 cases, reported in domestic medical journals from 2002-June,2009,were collected and analyzed. Results Allergic reactions of Ceforiaxone is regardless of gender, age; the incidence of allergic shock with the highest, accounting for 47.76%, 30min occur in the use of medicines; skin test negative within probably an allergic reaction occurs. Conclusion Clinical application Ceftriaxone allergic skin should do when you try, master doses, reducing the incidence of allergic reaction.
