摘要
目的:优化肺癌调强放射治疗(IMRT)治疗计划的角度。方法:本文使用了基于约束条件的遗传算法(genetical gorithm,GA)射野方向优化技术,该技术先对GA的搜索范围进行限制,然后再进行遗传操作,得到自动优化角度分布。结果:对10例肺癌进行了共面5野调强角度等分隔、7野调强角度等分隔、9野调强角度等分隔、5野调强射野方向优化的结果进行比较,最后一种方法得到的结果是最优的。结论:采用此方法是可行的,避免了手工多次调整射野方向,提高了效率和效果,同时也可减少射野个数。
Objective: Optimize beam orientation of intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for lung cancer. Methods: Develops the automatic beam orientations selection using GA(genetic algorithm) of restrict condition. First this method restrict the search area of GA, next process genetic operations. Results: Compare four methods: five equal-spaced beams, seven equal-spaced beams, nine equal-spaced beams, five optimization orientation, final method is the best. Condusions: Adopting this method feasible, it can avoid conventional manual trial and process, enhance efficiency and effect, and reduce count of beam.
