基因芯片技术在老年性聋研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着年龄的增长,人体的不同组织和器官都缓慢地进入了老化过程,特别在听觉、视觉、味觉及角膜敏感度等方面表现突出。在老年人中,耳聋发病率很高,约占30%~70%,是仅次于关节炎和高血压的常见慢性疾病。老年性聋是指由于年龄增长,听觉器官衰老、退变而出现的双耳对称、缓慢进行性的感音神经性听力减退。典型症状为不明原因的双耳对称性、缓慢进行性听力减退,并以言语交往困难为主要特征,伴耳鸣者约占37%,呵有音素衰减现象,即能听见说话声但听不懂什么意思,在噪声环境中的言语交往更加困难。
