部队医院眼外伤登记表和数据库的建立

Establishment of eye injury registration forms and databases of military hospitals

目的:探索制定符合我国救治现状的眼外伤登记表,建立部队医院眼外伤网络数据库。方法:参照国内外相关文献及美国眼外伤登记表内容,按照伯明翰眼外伤术语及眼外伤积分系统等标准,制定眼外伤登记表,通过Access软件建立眼外伤电子数据库。结果:全军眼科专业委员会组织领导下的部队眼外伤登记表制定完成、部队医院眼外伤登记数据库初步建立,相关网站和网络通道拟定形成。结论:建立标准统一的眼外伤登记表及部队医院眼外伤数据库是开展部队平时及战时眼外伤防治研究的重要依据。

AIM：To investigate the establishment of eye injury registration forms and databases of military hospitals.·METHODS：In accordance with the pertinent literature at home and abroad and content of eye injury registration forms,according to Birmingham Eye Trauma Termino-logy（BETT） and Ocular Trauma Score（OTS） ,standard eye injury registration forms were formulated,and eye injury databases were established by Access software.·RESULTS：Organized by the Ophthalmic Professional Committee of PLA,the standard eye injury registration forms and databases of military hospitals were esta-blished,and related network system was formed initially.·CONCLUSION：Establishment of standard eye injury registration forms would benefit the development of domestic eye trauma epidemiology and phylaxiology,and eye injury database would provide important evidence for research on military eye injury.
