摘要
采集CrWMn淬火钢在200-540℃、0~4h范围内的等温回火硬度数据,用非线性回归分析方法建立描述CrWMn钢回火硬度变化规律的三参数模型。利用三参数模型可以给出CrWMn钢的等硬度回火曲线,该曲线在较宽的温度与时间范围内描述了CrWMn钢回火时的硬度变化规律,为回火工艺参数的优化设计提供数据,回火曲线可以取代现有手册中与回火硬度数据相关的图表。
Acquisition CrWMn hardened steel in the 200--540℃ temperature range and 0---4 h time frame isothermal tempering hardness data. Using nonlinear regression analysis method described in tempering steel CrWMn changes of hardness of the three-parameter model of H( T, t) = H0 (a (T) e^-b(T)t + ( 1 - a(T)) e^-c(T)t) , given by the experimental data analysis of the three parameters a ( T), b (T), c(T) of the mathematical expression. The use of three-parameter model can be easily given CrWMn tempered steel, such as the hardness curve, the curve of a wide range of temperature and time are described at the time of CrWMn tempering steel hardness changes tempering process for the optimum design parameters to provide sufficient accurate data available. Such as the hardness of hardened steel tempering curve can replace the existing manual data associated with the tempering hardness chart.
