界面能各向异性对晶体生长的影响及其测量方法

摘要 界面能各向异性在晶体生长的过程中扮演着很重要的角色。本文就以下几个方面对近年来界面能各向异性的研究进行了综述:界面能各向异性对固液界面形貌的影响;界面能各向异性对枝晶生长的影响;界面能各向异性参数的测量。 The anisotropy of interfacial energy plays an important role in crystal growth. A review was presented about researches on the anisotropy of interfacial energy recent years, as following aspects. (1)effects of the interfacial energy anisotropy on solid-liquid interface morphology; (2) effects of the interfacial energy anisotropy on dendrite growth; (3)measurement of the interfacial energy anisotropy.
