摘要
简述了AgSnO2电触头材料的几种常见的制备方法,对比分析了合金内氧化法、粉末冶金法、预氧化合金粉末法和反应合成法等几种制备方法的优缺点。简要介绍了近几年纳米技术在AgSnO2电触头材料中的应用概况,并展望了AgSnO2电触头材料的发展趋势。
The recent preparing methods of AgSnO2 contact materials are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of several preparation methods, such as internal oxidizing alloy powder, powder metallurgy, prepared oxidizing alloy powder and reaction synthetic, are analyzed and compared. The application of nanotechnology in electrical contact materials in recent years is reviewed. Finally, the developing tendency and the applying prospect of this contact material are prospected.
