周围型非小细胞肺癌CT边缘征与VEGF基因表达水平的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between the CT Margin Ffeatures and Espression of VEGF Gene in Peripheral Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨周围型非小细胞肺(NSCLC)癌的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)基因表达水平与其边缘征的关系。资料与方法采用高分辨CT观察47例经病理证实的周围型NSCLC边缘征,同时运用免疫组织化学法LSAB法测定癌组织标本的VEGF基因表达水平,并对其相关性作统计学分析。结果周围型NSCLC的深分叶征和棘突征与VEGF基因表达水平有关。结论具有深分叶征和棘突征的周围型NSCLC恶性程度较高。

Objective To study the correlation between the CT margin features and the expression of the vascular endothelia growth factor（VEGF） gene in the peripheral non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Materials and Methods The expression of VEGF gene was detected by immunohistochemical labelled streptavidin biotin method（LSAB） technique in 47 cases of peripheral NSCLC proved by pathology.Meanwhile,the margin features were evaluated by HRCT.The correlation between the expression of VEGF gene and HRCT features was analyzed.Results The expression of VEGF gene in peripheral non-small cell lung cancer was correlated with deep lobulation and spiculated protuberance.Conclusion The CT features of peripheral NSCLC of deep lobulation and spiculated protuberance indicate a higher degree of malignancy.
