Effects of Extracts of Plateau Propolis on Oral Mucous Membrane Irritation and the Skin Sensitization

目的初步评价高原蜂胶提取物的安全性,为其进入临床应用阶段提供依据.方法遵循各种评价标准,分别用高原蜂胶提取物进行粘膜刺激实验、皮肤致敏实验.结果前者未观察到蜂胶对粘膜的刺激性,后者观察到蜂胶具有致敏性.结论高原蜂胶具有良好的生物安全性.

Objective To evaluate evidence for clinical application. Method the security of the plateau propolis extracts, and to provide the We used the propolis extracts to take the oral mucous membrane irritation test and the skin sensitization test. Results There was no oral mucous membrane irritation of the propolis extracts, but the sensitization of the extracts of propolis was observed. Conclusion propolis extracts have favourable security.
