摘要
目的观察平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射治疗舌下腺囊肿的临床疗效,探讨新的治疗方法.方法2000年以来诊治的不愿意或不能耐受局麻手术治疗的舌下腺囊肿患者42例,行囊肿内注射平阳霉素加地塞米松混合液治疗.结果随访6月至2a,所有病例无复发,其中治愈33例,治愈率为78.6%,有效9例,有效率为21.4%.结论平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射治疗舌下腺囊肿,临床效果满意,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法.
Objective To investigate a new method for the treatment of sublingual cyst through observating the effect of combination of pinyangmycin and dexamethasone injection on sublingual cyst. Methods The 42 patients who were not willing to receive or could not tolerate operation were injected the mixture of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone into the sublingual cysts during near two years. Results 42 patients were followed up for 6 - 24 months. The total effective rate was 100%. All cases had no relapse and serious complications. Conclusion Combination of ping yang mycin and dexamethasone local injection is a safe and effective therapy for sublingual cyst.
