护理本科生与专科生综合能力的差异调查分析

The Difference in Comprehensive Abilities of Nursing Students between Undergraduates And Junior College Students

目的分析护理本科生与专科生综合能力的差异,提出提高本科护生综合能力的建议.方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对我院及云南省医学高等专科学校护理专业150名在校学生进行有关综合能力的问卷调查.结果大多数本科护生综合能力强于专科护生,但在临场应变能力、组织协调能力、人际交往能力和心理承受能力方面仍需加强.结论本科护生要正确评估自我,努力提高自身综合素质,追求全面发展.

Objective To analyze the comprehensive abilities differences of nursing students between undergraduates and junior college students, and to present suggestions to improve comprehensive ahlities of nursing undergraduates. Method We selected 150 nursing students who come from Kunming Medical College and Yunnan Medical Junior college to do the questionnaires. Result Even though the comprehensive abilities of undergraduate nursing students were stronger than Junior college students＇ , they＇d better do some improvements on abilities of dealing, organization, communication and bearing. Conclusion The undergraduate nursing students should evaluate themselves adequately and improve themselves.
