摘要
大湄公河次区域电力合作与项目开发一直是次区域各项经济合作机制中的一个核心计划。本文从资源禀赋、经济效益、制度安排、融资渠道等多角度着眼,对正在提上议事日程的大湄公河次区域电力合作的可行性展开分析论证,以期对GMS在电力领域的合作有所裨益。
Electric power cooperation and project development in GMS has always been the core of a plan in the sub-regional economic cooperation mechanisms. This article takes the view from the resource endowment, economic benefits, system arrangement and financing channels, to analyze and demonstrate the feasibility of electric power cooperation in GMS .
