摘要
结合当前航运行业对船员的要求,根据多年的学生管理工作经验,探讨如何进一步加强航海类学生管理工作,如何培养和造就未来航运行业高素质人才.
In connection with the crew management, the author makes some requirements in shipping industry and the years＇ experience in the students＇ discussions about how to further strengthen the management of maritime students, and how to foster high-quality talents for the future shipping industry.
