微量曲安奈德联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉

摘要 目的观察微量曲安奈德结膜下注射联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉和防止复发的效果。方法对58例翼状胬肉患者术前1周采用曲安奈德0.8~2.0mg于翼状胬肉处注射,1周后行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。结果植片愈合好,角膜创面光滑透明,无角膜新生血管形成,术后复发率低及无并发症。结论微量曲安奈德结膜下注射联合角膜缘干细胞移植可安全有效地预防翼状胬肉切除术后肉芽组织增生,及翼状胬肉术后的复发。 Objective To observe the effect of limbal stemcells and bulbar conjunctiva autograft transplantation as well as subconjunctival injection with trace triamcinolone on the recurrence of pterygium.nethods After subconjunctival injection with trace triamcinolone for one week,fifty-eight cases with pterygium were operated by limbal stemcells autograft transplantation.Results The corneal grafts were well healed. No corneal vascularization happened, and no complications or seguelars were found after the operations.Conclusion Limbal stemcells and bulbar conjunctiva autograft transplantation as well as subconjunctival injection with trace triamcinolone was safe and effective to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
