复杂肾结石的手术治疗

Surgical management for complex renal calculi

目的探讨复杂性肾结石的手术方法。方法对31例复杂性肾结石患者的临床资料进行分析,肾窦内肾盂加肾下极背侧肾实质切开取石。结果肾结石全部取净,术后3个月随访,患者术侧的肾功能恢复良好。结论本术式操作简单,出血少,暴露清楚,取石干净,对肾功能影响小,是治疗复杂性肾结石的理想术式。

Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of complex renal stones.Methods Clinical data of 31 cases with complex renal calculi under went intrasinusal pyelithotomy and post renal lower pole renal parenelyma incision was analyzed retrospectively. Results Renal calculi were. completely extracted in 31 cases. Three months after operation all patients had their renal function recovered well. Conclusion The procedure was simple, less bleeding, offering a clear operation field, and it was convenience for calculus removal and preservation of renal function.
