摘要
反思是后方法教学的核心要求。反思型外语教师须具有合理的知识结构、自主更新知识能力、较强的创新能力、较强的研究能力。反思型外语教师的素质发展方向决定了教师的成长方向,影响着后方法时代的现实发展。
Since reflection is the core demand for the post-method teaching,the well-built knowledge and the abilities in self-improving,innovation and research make a qualified reflective foreign language teacher,whose quality determines the development of teaching and himself in post-method era.
