摘要
提高自主创新能力的关键是创新型人才。高素质的创新型人才是实现自主创新,建设创新型国家重要的智力支持和人才保证。然而,创新型科技人才的激励不足是目前制约我国企业自主创新的一大瓶颈。根据人力资本理论和产权理论,对创新型科技人才实施产权激励能够很好地吸引和留住人才、激发其积极性和创造性,进而增强企业的自主创新能力,提高企业的核心竞争力。
From the important role of the independently innovative scientific and technical personnel in the protess of enterprise innovation to the shaping of ownership incentive policy orientation,this article gives a comprehensive analysis on the incentive ways for Chinese independently innovative scientific and technical personnel.
