摘要
人们往往对企业主流文化关注较多,而对企业亚文化尤其是企业内部的灰色文化问题研究较少,将灰色文化作为研究基点来剖析其对企业人才成长的影响,并在界定企业灰色文化内涵的基础上,梳理公司灰色文化的成因,系统分析其对人才成长的弊端,有利于构建SPSC透光模型,为人才健康成长提出合理化建议。
People usually pay attention to the dominant business culture, not to the subculture of business, particularly the gray culture. In this article, the gray culture is studied deeply and analyzed on how it effects on the growth of the talents. Firstly the connotation of gray culture is defined and the causes of the problem are studied. Their defects on the talents are also analyzed. At last we build the SPSC "light through model" and put forward reasonable suggestions for the healthy growth of talents.
