摘要 淀粉是植物储备的营养物质,淀粉为食品、医药、化工提供了重要工业原料。从甘薯、马铃薯、木薯等薯类中加工提取淀粉的简单工艺流程为清洗、粉碎、分离、洗涤精制、脱水、干燥、包装入库等。加工设备的选型配备应因地制宜,根据原料供给能力和规模而定。我国实际情况是薯类种植较为分散、不耐贮藏,建议选配中、小型机械设备,发展一定经济规模的中小型淀粉加工生产企业。 Starch is a plant nutrient reserves, starch provides a important industrial raw materials for food, medicine, chemical industry. Simple process in extraction of starch from sweet potato,potato,cassava,etc.includes cleaning, crushing, separating, washing refined, dehydration, drying, packaging, warehousing and so on.With the selection of processing equipment should be in line With local conditions,according to raw material supply capacity and size. China's actual situation is more scattered potato cultivation,storage intolerance,proposed matching small and medium-sized machinery equipment, developing certain economies scale small and medium-sized starch processing manufacturing enterprises.
