摘要
教师是学校办学的基石,教师的综合素质、学术学识水平决定学校教育的质量,好的教师队伍能产生名师乃至大师,名师和大师无不有很强的教育力,教师教书育人的效果与教师本身教育力的大小是密不可分的关系。本文通过阐述教师与教育力的内涵,分析提升教师教育力的意义,提出提升教师教育力的创新举措,以引起教师、有关领导和教育主管部门对提升教师教育力的重视。
Teacher is the foundation to run a school. The school quality of education depend on the teacher' s comprehensive quality, learning level and academic standards. Elite teacher and even master will come from excellent teaching staff, they all have strong education capability. Teaching effect is inseparably related to teacher's education capability. This paper expatiate the relationship and connotation between teacher and education capability, analyse the significance of advance teacher's education capability, and bring forward innovative measures of advance teacher's education capability, intend to leading tile teacher, leader or director of concerned department pay more attention to the issue of advance teacher education capability.
