氨茶碱对气道高反应性哮喘的治疗作用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨药物氨茶碱对气道反高应性哮喘患者的治疗作用。方法对64例哮喘患者给予氨茶碱药物规范疗程,疗程30 d,比较治疗前后患者气道高反应的改善情况。结果治疗后患者Dmin、FEV_1及PEFR均较治疗前明显升高(P均<0.05)。结论氨茶碱能显著降低哮喘患者的气道高反应性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of aminophylline on asthma patients with anti - high airway. Methods 64 cases of asthma were given regular treatment of the drug aminophylline for 30 days,compare the improvement of the patients' airway situation. Results After treatment, Dmin, FEV1 and PEFR were significantly higher than before ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Aminophylline can significantly reduce asthma airway hyperresponsiveness. It is worth clinical application.
