耳穴贴压治疗2型糖尿病肥胖患者的临床观察

Clinical observation for auricular-plaster treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨耳穴贴压治疗2型糖尿病肥胖患者疗效观察。方法将51例2型糖尿病肥胖患者随机分为治疗组(耳穴贴压)26例和对照组25例,对治疗前后不同疗程的体重(kg)、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、血脂、血糖进行测定评估对照。结果治疗组治愈11例,显效8例,总有效率为95.83%。对照组治愈8例,显效6例,总有效率为87.50%。结论治疗组疗效显著高于对照组,治疗组的体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、血脂、血精等比对照组下降更满意,疗效好。

Objective Discuss and observe the effect of Auricular - plaster treatment for obese patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 51 cases of obese patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the treatment group （ auricular piont plaster treatment） of 26 cases and the contrasting group of 25 cases. On a different course of treatment before and after treatment the patients＇ body weight （ Kg）, body mass index （ BMI）, waist circumference, abdominal eircunfference, hip circunference, blood Iipids, blood sugar were measured to assess. Results 11 cases of treatment group were cured, 8 cases markedly, with a total effective rate was 95.83% comparing 8 cases of the contrasting group cured, markedly effective in 6 cases, total effective rate was 87.50%. Conclusion Significantly higher efficaey of the treatment group comparing the contrasting group, the patients＇ body weight, body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, hip eircumferenee, blood lipids, blood sugar of the treatment group fall more satisfied, get good efficacy, and not easy to rebound.
