68例白内障超声乳化手术患者围手术期护理体会

The perioperative nursing about 68 cases of cataract surgery

目的总结白内障超声乳化手术患者围手术期护理体会。方法对68例(83只眼)白内障超声乳化摘除术患者进行精心的术前、术后护理及出院指导。结果 68例患者经有效护理后恢复良好。本组患者术后3个月矫正视力大于1.0者39眼,占46.99%,大于0.5者59眼,占71.08%。结论精心的围手术期护理对白内障超声乳化手术患者的术后恢复起到良好作用,围手术期护理在超声乳化术的护理中均应受到重视。

Objective To evaluate the cataract phaeoemulsifieation in patients with perioperative nursing experience. Methods give careful preoperative and postoperative care and discharge guidance to 68 cases （83 eyes） with cataract phacocnulsificatiou surgery in patients. Results 68 patients were recovering well after the effective care. This group of patients after 3 months of corrected visual acuity greater than 1.0 were 39, accounting for 46.99%, greater than 0.5 were 59, accounting for 71.08%. Conclusion The meticulous perioperative nursing of cataract phaeoemulsifieation in patients plays a good role in postoperative recovery, perioperative nursing in nursing in phacocmulsification should be taken seriously.
