摘要
通过对151例冠状动脉造影(桡动脉、股动脉)临床路径实施过程中的变异分析,发现变异主要是来自患者方面的变异,医护人员方面的变异相对较少。针对变异来源的特点,医务人员应加强与患者的沟通交流,减少来自患者方面的变异,同时医院管理者也应对医护人员采取相应的激励约束措施,促使医务人员能严格按照临床路径的要求进行诊疗护理操作。通过变异控制策略的实施,可以减少临床路径实施过程中的差异,提高医疗服务质量。
According to the analysis of variations in the implementation of the clinic pathway for 151 cases coronary angiography, we found the variations mainly came from patients.In comparison, fewer variations were from doctors. For features of the source of variations, doctors should focus on communicating with patients to decrease the patients' variations. A t the same time, hospital managers should take some steps to stimulate and restrict doctors to strictly follow the specifications in the clinic pathway.Through the implementation of control strategies, variations wilt be decreased and the quality of medical services will be improved.
