摘要 目的了解江西省三级医院人力资源管理现状。方法对抽样医院进行调查表调查、院长访谈和员工座谈。结果三级医院卫生技术人员数量不足,护理人员严重缺乏,卫生技术人员整体学历偏低,职称整体水平较高;江西省三级医院普遍认识到人才的重要性,在人事制度改革、薪酬分配等方面取得一定成效,但也存在高素质人力资源管理队伍缺乏、人力资源管理职能分散等共性问题。结论合理配置人力资源,加强卫生人才队伍建设;多方努力,争取宽松的人事政策;强化人力资源管理意识,不断探索适合的薪酬机制,建立科学的人力资源管理体系。 Objective To learn the present situation of human resources management of the Three-Level hospitals in Jiangxi Province. Methods Adopt structure questionnaire to investigate the selected hospitals, and interview the president and staff of those hospitals. Results Three-level Hospitals in Jiangxi Province is short of health personnel, especially nurses. The health personnel's overall educational attainment is low, while their overall professional title is higher. These hospitals is widely recognized that the importance of talent, and achieved certain results in the areas of personnel system reform and the pay distribution, etc. There are also some common problems in those hospitals, which are short of high-quality human resources management talents; human resource management functions are dispersed. Conclusion The hospitals should allocate human resources reasonably, strengthen the construction of health personnel teams, struggle relaxed personnel policies through efforts, and strengthen human resources management awareness, explore suitable remuneration mechanism, set up scientific human resources management system.
