摘要
为HRP的研究提出一种基于科学管理的思路。研究从医院内部管理的角度出发,通过应用基于SBU组织模式与价值链的管理思想,对医院的价值流体系进行构建,从而为医院提高整体竞争优势。首先分析HRP的管理思想基础;接着以"VC-HRP"系统为例,研究基于SBU和VCM的HRP管理模型,并以此为核心建立HRP系统体系结构的框架;然后把该框架应用于实际系统的开发,完成该HRP系统的分析和设计。
It provides an idea based on scientific management for the HRP researching. To study from the management reform inside the hospital, set up the value chain system of the hospital by using the management idea which bases on SBU and value chain, then improve the holistic competition advantage for the hospital. First of all, to analysis the basis of HRP management idea. Secondly, to take "VC-HRP" system as an example, study HRP system model and system framework which on the basis of SBU organization pattern and value chain management, to establish the concept of core HRP system structure. Then to apply the frame to develop the practical software, finish analysis and design of the HRP system.
