我国民用建筑能耗宏观研究的进展分析

Macroscopic Research Progress and Analysis of Civil Building Energy Consumption in China

对目前我国民用建筑能耗的统计、模拟和情景研究方面的研究进展、现状和不足进行了综述,结果表明现有的统计模式、统计口径及统计指标等难以有效指导建筑节能工作,也使得情景研究缺乏数据基础;对建筑模拟评价软件结果的有效性方面也需要加以规范验证,规范化的评价体系尚待建立。基于此提出在我国有效展开建筑能耗的统计、模拟评价和情景分析的方法和途径,构建一个切合实际、可指导实际工作的建筑能耗研究体系。

This paper discussed the progress, current situation and shortcomings of the temporary research on ener- gy consumption statistic, simulation and scenario analysis. The result showed that the existing statistical model, sta- tistical scope and indicators are not suitable to guide the research of building energy efficiency, the validity of the outcomes from building simulation programs is to be checked; a normalized evaluation system for the programs is needed. Based on these findings it pointed out the approach to begin this work in our country, mainly on how to es- tablish an actual situation matched, guidable system to continue our research on building energy consumption.
