摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法对食品中d-α-生育酚和l-α-生育酚含量进行测定,样品平均回收率分别为90.55%、86.84%,相对标准偏差分别为4.92%、5.93%;检测结果表明:采用该方法具有操作简便、快速、准确等优点,适用于食品中天然维生素E和合成维生素E的分析测定。
The content of d-α-tocopherol and 1-α-tocopherol in food were determined by capillary gas chro- matography. The average recovery rates of the samples were 90.55% and 86.84% and the relative standard deviations 4.92% and 5.93%. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable to the determination of natural vitamin E and synthetical vitamin E in food.
