摘要
探讨槲皮素与锗的反应条件,合成有机锗-槲皮素配合物。槲皮素乙醇溶解后加入锗(Ⅳ)标准溶液,调节pH值,水浴搅拌回流后抽滤、洗涤、干燥,对其进行紫外、红外光谱测定。结果表明:槲皮素和锗(Ⅳ)在乙醇溶液中,以物质的量比1.5:3.0(槲皮素:锗),在pH值为5的反应液中于35℃反应5 h,形成配合物的产率最大。经紫外、红外光谱测定推测其结构,槲皮素的B环和A、C环形成有机锗配合物的可能性较大。
The conditions of the chemical reaction between quercetin and germanium to get organic germanium- quercetin complex were discussed.The quercetin was dissolved in ethanol, dard solution. After adjusting its pH value, leaching, washing, dring and was obtained which showed :The synthesis of the organic germanium-querc when it was in ethanol solution for 5 h,with the ratio of 1.5:3.0(quercetin: then mixed determining with germanium(IV) stanits UV and IR, the result etin has been tested at maximum yield germanium), pH 5.0, the temperature at 35 ℃.The possibility to form organic germanium-quercetin complex in B and A.C ring of quercetin was high after detecting the structures of the complex by UV and IR.
