摘要
电子万能试验机在材料试验中的应力控制是个复杂的过程。为了保证试验结果的精度,文章建立了电子万能试验机精确的系统模型,并在此基础上给出了一种新型的三维模糊自适应PID控制器,当误差较大时采用二维模糊PID控制,误差较小时采用三维模糊PID控制,实现了2种控制方法的互补;仿真实验结果表明,该控制算法可以获得满意的控制效果。
The process of stress control in material testing by using the electronic universal testing machine is a complicated process. In order to ensure the precision of test results, the accurate system model of the electronic universal testing machine is built, and a new three-dimensional fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed. The two-dimensional fuzzy PID control is used when the error is large, and the three-dimensional fuzzy PID control is adopted when the error is small, thus taking the advantages of these two methods complementarily. The experimental results of simulation prove that the proposed control algorithm can obtain satisfactory control effects.
